If you’re craving a reset that actually sticks, the Fresh Start Challenge is for you. This 30-day challenge is designed to help you rebuild consistency, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded, strong, and energized as you move into the new year. With just 20 minutes a day, this is about committing to less so you can show up more fully, more often, and with ease.
Each day you’ll complete one intentional, doable class created by Elaine to support strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation, without overwhelm or burnout. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s momentum, presence, and creating a daily ritual you can sustain.
