In just 30 minutes a day you'll tone your body head to toe, build stamina, and create long-lasting habits that will transform your relationship with movement and yourself.

    OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
    2 Sliders (If you don't have sliders, you can use socks or face towels on hardwood floor, or paper plates/magazine covers on carpet)

    CLASS PLAN:
    Planks with sliders, rinse and repeat!
