Welcome to the Wellcraft Mama Prenatal Program

To access your weekly workouts, simply click the section below labeled “Start Here: FAQ + Intro Videos” — this will open a dropdown menu where you’ll find each week of the program organized by stage of pregnancy.

We recommend beginning at the week that corresponds to where you are in your pregnancy. For example, if you’re currently 10 weeks along, start with Week 10.

The Wellcraft Mama Prenatal Program is thoughtfully designed to support you from early pregnancy all the way through your third trimester. Each week offers safe, effective workouts tailored to meet your body where it is — helping you build strength, stay connected to your breath, and prepare both mentally and physically for birth.

This is a living, breathing program. As I move through my own pregnancy, I’ll continue to add new weekly content — so you can follow along in real-time with me. If a future week isn’t yet available, rest assured it’s on its way soon.

Every movement in this program is safe for each corresponding trimester, so you can feel confident and supported in your body — and your baby’s — every step of the way.
