Our signature class starts with a cardio warm-up to get the blood pumping, followed by a dynamic mat Pilates sequence to sculpt and strengthen. Work every muscle group with a rotating combo of light weights, resistance bands, the Pilates ball and sliders to keep the whole body engaged and challenged.
